भीड़ से अलग बनें | (Be different from the crowd.)

1.   अगर हमारे आसपास के लोग फालतू का काम कर रहे हैं तो यह जरूरी नहीं की हम भी उस काम को करने लगे। यह मौका तो हमारे लिए ऐसा होता है जब हम खूद को दूसरों से अलग साबित कर सकते हैं। केवल दूसरों को देखकर उनकी नकल करना और उनकी तर्ज पर निर्णय लेना समझदारी नहीं। इसलिए काम शुरू करने से पहले उसके बारे में अच्छी तरह सोच – विचार कर लेना चाहिए।

2.   यदि कोई काम करने में हमारा अन्तर्मन गवाही न दे तो उसे तुरंत छोड़ देना चाहिए। यह सोचकर की सभी लोग वह काम कर रहे हैं उसमें लगे रहना बेवकुफी है। भीड़ के साथ चलने में तब नुकसान ही होता है जब पूरी भीड़ गलत राह पर चल रही हो।

3.   हमें सबसे अलग – थलग रहने के बजाय एकजुट होकर काम करना चाहिए ताकि टीम भावना बनी रहे। इसका मतलब ये भी नहीं की हम अपनी सोच और काम पर भीड़ की मानसिकता हावीं होने दें।

4.   हम सभी में कोई न कोई बात ऐसी होती है जो हमें औरों से अलग करती है। हमें वही पहलू ढूंढ़ कर उसे निखारना चाहिए। हर एक का अपना व्यक्तित्व होता है जिसे वह भीड़ से अलग होकर ही विकसित कर सकता है।

     “यह जीवन पथ हैं अदूतिये, मत लीक पकड़ के चला करो,

     कुछ खोजों राह नयी अपनी, खुद दीपक बनकर जला करो ।

     जीवन तर्को की जाल नहीं अथवा भेड़ों की चाल नहीं ॥ ”

1.       If the people around us are doing extra work, then it is not necessary that we too start doing the work. This opportunity is so for us when we can prove Khad to others apart from others. It is not prudent to look at others and copy them and decide on their lines. Therefore, before starting the work, think about it well - should be considered.

2.        If any one does not bear witness in our work, then it should be left 

            immediately. It is stupid to think that all the people are doing that work. 

           There is a loss in walking with the crowd when the whole crowd is walking 

           on the wrong path.

3.        We should work together rather than being isolated, so that team spirit

            remains intact. It also does not mean that we should dominate the mindset

           of our thinking and work.

4.        We all have something or something that separates us from others. 

            We should look for the same aspect and refine it. Every one has his own 

            personality, which he can develop apart from the crowd.
